Great little Restaurant in Edgewater, NJ
The other day I came across a great little restaurant called Rebecca's in Edgewater, NJ. The food was excellent, the presentation was excellent, food quality excellent, service was excellent. The restaurant was cozy. This was a great find. I definitely need to visit their again. PSierra

Foods prepared with too much salt.
Many a time, foods are prepared with excessive amounts of Sodium Chloride (Salt). Some use salt to give the foods some type of flavoring, others use it as a tenderizer, some use it because it increases the longevity of the food. However, give that to someone who does not know that they suffer from hypertension, or to someone who already suffers from high blood pressure, and that can be the formula for a fatality, if a person is not careful or ignores warning signs.

Technology Has Sometimes Made Things So Impersonal
Technology has made things so impersonal. Have you ever called for customer service and received an automated message saying, " all representatives are busy now, handling calls from other customers, we will be with you shortly, thank you for your patience. Your estimated wait time will be 5 minutes." So you wait five minutes, and then you get the same message again and again. Eventually you get to speak with someone who hopefully is able to resolve the issue. However, by the time you reach someone you are extremely annoyed. This may sound selfish, but when I call for customer service I don't necessarily care about the other customers I care about myself and want immediate service. I can see waiting a couple of minutes, However, waiting there for 10-15 minutes is inexcusable.
